Awesome, with a helpful and friendly staff. Very well located with an exciting bar downstairs (Beaver’s). Lot’s of entertainment all week long (karaoke, beer bingo). Nice people as well, including friendly locals. Will definitely stay the in my next visit to Banff. Really glad that I found this place.

I stayed at YWCA Banff hotel as a solo traveller for 4 nights, the room that I booked was double with private bathroom. The whole experience was amazing, I felt safe all the time, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel is based central, very well looked after building, surrendings and bedrooms. The hotel also supports local shelter, I would like to make it clear they support the local shelter and there is no shelter at the hotel itself, so staying at YWCA Banff hotel helps the community which I find the idea lovely. For the duration of my stay it was very quiet and I had a good sleep every night, the bed was super comfy too. If I'll ever retur to Banff, for sure I'll book this hotel again.
