The staff were really nice and kind and explained everything well to us (although in broken English, but still understandable). There was a really nice kitchen with a microwave and oven as well as an electric stove. Overall a very comfy stay.

Everything!!! It's an amazing place. The staff was super kind. They keep my luggage in the afternoon while I explore the city. They have kitchen, you can make a coffee and you can drink it in an amazing terrace in the middle of the ancient zone of Zurich. EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!! I love staying there. ❤️

The apartment is fully equipped with everything thats you need for short stay. The bad things is that apartment is above some pub and it's a little bit noisy in the weekend.
