Beautiful location near highway but well above it. Very welcoming staff. We highly recommend unit on the end with ocean and jungle views. Nice breakfast! Beach not too far away also...

The Colombian breakfast was very good, the room had a nice view, our room had Netflix and excellent Wi-Fi, quiet to work, the staff was incredible, and everyone was friendly, the restaurant has a good menu and they bring the food to your room.

Juan's friendly, relaxed style really made us feel happy and looked after. The owner also honest and good cook. Arepa, egg & fruit breakfast = good. We had 2 dinners, chicken/entire fish plus rice salad for 40000/30000 was fair given the setting. Fave part was how lush and calm the place is.

We had a nice stay here, easy walk to Tayrona Park Entrance and they had everything we needed including bag storage while we camped in Tayrona. The highlight of our stay was Caro’s cooking! We ate in the restaurant and had a really really delicious Moroccan Tagine for only 30 mil. We wished we could have stayed longer to taste more of her dishes!

We spent wonderful time in Sierra Tayrona Hostel: - perfect location - very quiet and close to the river with access to swim. 15 min by walk to Tayrona National Park Entrance. - wonderful hosts - Claudia and Alejo welcomed us with a big smile and hand full of good advice about local attractions. They were always willing to help and making sure we have a nice stay. They have also 3 nice dogs and a cat and some visitors like monkeys, iguanas and birds :) - Nice and clean room - comfy bed with moscito net and a fan - Great facilities - private bathroom outside the room and jacuzzi bath with sauna. Taking a bubble bath under the stars and with river sound was amazing. Highly recommended!

Finca Lorena is a completely hidden gem to be discovered! I made a last minute booking and Ruth was really helpful in accommodating me and preparing a delicious lunch which I highly appreciated after the travelling and late time in the day. I slept in the shared room, which was very spacious, clean and the beds where really comfortable. The place is quite new and everything is neat and beautiful. I do recommend to get to know it when visiting Tayrona area.

Best staff ever, the people were the nicest, the place is gorgeous, awesome view. The room is nothing special, but it is ok for the price. The restaurant has different price options so if you are on a budget you can get cheaper food as well. The breakfast is amazing and they had the best coffee I had in Colombia so far. I definitely recommend this place. For being in the middle of the woods the wifi worked pretty well and I could work from there, they even stopped the music so I could have meetings. If you are looking for a place to stay near tayrona or just disconnect, I definitely recommend. At my last day I had the place all to myself, like a private hostal.

Our stay at Eco Hostal Yuluka was just perfect! It was an oasis away from the noise of center Santa Marta and just a 5 minute ride to Parque Tayrona, and exactly what we were looking for to rest after a long day of hiking. I was a bit nervous about staying in a hostel with kids but it exceeded my expectations, it's definitely family friendly! It was a very beautiful unique hotel, with nature all around it, beautiful and clean pool, staff was friendly and super helpful with everything. If you plan on going to Parque Tayrona, you must stay here!! There is even a filtered water station (which you don't get a lot of in Santa Marta and have to pay for water everywhere), and laundry facilities. We had a shuttle to the park and they were able to arrange private transportation to the airport for us as well!
