The terrace is nicely decorated with a great view of the city. Dinners every night were delicious and the staff/ owners were friendly. My bed and room was comfortable with nice hot shower.

The roof terrace is great, Getting around was easy enough with Mindelo's cheap taxis up hill, and nice walks downhill.

Location is amazing! I felt safe in that hotel also because the hotel has security man 24/7 which is really good especially when you travel alone as a woman. Breakfast was very good as well.

We would stay in sao Pedro rather than Mindelo. Great for walking to the airport. The staff put breakfast out so we could eat before our very early flight. This is a home and you are welcomed and trusted in it. Comfortable bed.
