Al Yellow House ens hem sentit com a casa. És un hostal amb molt d’encant, i amb moltes zones comunes obertes on t’hi pots relaxar i estar molt tranquil. Ubicació molt cèntrica. La nostra habitació era còmode i amb una petita zona de terrassa privada amb vistes directes al volcà, espectacular. Els banys compartits estaven molt nets, tot estava perfectament net i el servei de neteja era impecable i constant. Esmorzar estil buffet lliure molt bo i fet amb amor pel personal de cuina, sempre molt amables. Personal de recepció molt amables i atents en tot. Especial atenció a l’Alex i la Brenda que ens han ajudat amb els transports de shuttle durant tot el nostre viatge per Guatemala. Ens hem sentit molt cuidats. Moltes gràcies per tot!!!!

Brenda is absolutely brilliant! Our Acatenango tour didn't pick us up and she called them for us and sort it out - basically saving the day! Plus she and the team are super hardworking and friendly! Hostel is also great: super clean, really good brekkie, and great location. And very easy to meet people if you try! Lovely garden too.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Roman was great to us when we were suffering with food poisoning! Very clean and spacious place to stay. Good WiFi, kitchen, bathrooms, facilities, nice rooftop. Not far from town but far enough that you can sleep well. 100% would recommend.

Loved the location and the restaurant/bar, it’s great having what you need so readily available. Staff were wonderful, Lesley, Anna, and Ciomara were just a few we loved meeting. It has a very beautiful and unique atmosphere with all the plants and the decor.
