The staff were very friendly and warm. The bed and puffy quilt were so comfortable and cozy. I slept so well. I also loved the delicious restaurant that turns into a lounge in the day. So beautiful and aesthetic. Everything about this place makes you feel calm, serene and chill.

Bikes are provided free of use for guest. The bikes were the highlight of our trip. We use them for our daily transportation and exploration.

This is so much more than a hostel, it’s so clean and comfortable and the facilities are brilliant. Our host was so helpful and even picked us up and dropped us off to the station. There are amazing Fuji views from the shared area and lots of places within walking distance to explore. We loved everything about our stay here!

I only spent two nights, I wanted to stay longer, but the guesthouse was already full on the dates I wanted. It was an invigorating experience, what a nice, cozy place. I had the breakfast they make, it delicious, if you like japanese food I recommend it. Everyone is very friendly, especially Imuzo and his brother (unfortunately I didn't ask his name). Yudai, Daichi and Yuka are very friendly and helpful, always ready to help and offer the best experience for guests. I will recommend it to all my friends who come to visit Mount Fuji one day. Thank you for the excellent stay.

Everything was perfect. The location was ideal, room amd facilities were clean and tidy and value for it all was great. I would definitely recommend staying here. Do note there are steep stairs up to the rooms if you have large suitcases.

Had a nice stay here for two nights, good location if you want to visit Mt. Fuji. It's not too far from Mt. Fuji station so you can easily get to the bus that takes you to the 5th station, even if you want to go very early. The facilities were nice and clean. The host was super helpful and friendly, helped with any queries I had or any information I needed. Will stay here again when I next visit the area.
