The staff was very friendly and super helpful ,the size of my twin bed room exceed my expectation plus having my own bathroom with shower , after 3 nights sleeping in ryokans with shared bathroom while trekking Nakasendo trail this a real bonus . The location is very convenient to the bus and train station and a multi level mall across the street .

A lovely traditional onsen/ryokan in a town not far from Matsumoto City. The room and hotel was very clean and quiet, and it was only minutes away from the bus stop to Matsumoto City. There were hiking trails up the hill, and the onsen temperature was perfect for relaxing. The staff were very kind and caring.
