The property is close to everything here. The owner also rents motorbikes, has all the info you need for the rest of your travel and can give you great tips on what to visit in Battambang. Not only is he there for any possible question you have but he’s more than kind and will go out of his way for whatever you need. The place is super cozy, great conditions and overall great! Most definitely worth the small fee you pay for your stay. Not only do you have a great stay by staying here but you support the new small business owner who’s, so far, doing an amazing job and definitely deserves the support.

The bed is big both fan and ac dorm. Sofa and table inside good for a bit of working. There is bathroom inside too. AC works well.

This was one of my favorite budget stays during my 8 weeks travelling in SEA. What I liked- (1) Private room, with lock, at a dorm price. The key even has a little notch on the top so you can easily tell which is the top. There is a shelf, mirror, hooks, and powerful fan in the room (I had fan only room). (2) Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Showers are large and have hooks. Toilet paper and soap were replenished as they ran out. (3) ART- there are paintings and artistic touches from top to bottom. (4) Great food at the restaurant. I had the Beef Lok Lak which was excellent. (5) Fantastic tours. I did the all day tour. The tour guide, Sam, was very knowledgeable and personable. Loved his stories about Cambodia. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the tour were delicious and I appreciated the ice cold beer Sam provided after the hike down the caves. (6) Jonny and Bopha- They are 100% invested in providing the BEST customer service and experience for guests. They are also just generally awesome to talk with! As mentioned in other reviews, the club across the street is loud. I used earplugs and had no problems sleeping.

Staff was extremely helpful during the check in process. Letting me know information and activities booking was available should I require it. Friendly and conversant. Property was relaxing and quiet peaceful

Nice staff, lovely pool for a quick dip (but no loungers), huge rooms.
