I couldn't find the property, so I called the hostel. After a moment the lady working there came to pick me up and drove me there. It's around 30 minutes away (on foot) from the city center, next to the Valmiermuiža property, which is really nice. There is a bus nearby. The room was very clean, there's a large kitchen. The showers are communal, but it wasn't a problem. It's mainly a worker hostel. Overall a good stay.

Great location, helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Usually you don't get a towel in a hostel, but here you are provided one. The bathroom and shower was perfect - very clean and warm. It was cold outside and I appreciates that the room was really warm.
