The room was very spacious and comfortable with good aircon so that we could get a good night's sleep in the heat. The location in Downton Yangon was handy for a lot of trips we did, although the immediate street of the hotel had some colourful nightlife but it was safe enough.

The ambience is basic, loft style, clean. There is a good privacy inside the dorms. The hotel staff is super helpful f.e. with bus ticket booking or giving pro tips for local transportation. Everything has been beyond my expectation, this hostel is better than most hostels I have stayed in Europe. You can hardly see a foreign tourist in the country at the moment due to the political situation, but the city itself is very safe to travel. Grab your ticket and visa and explore this beautiful country with amazing people!
