it’s walking distance from the ferry so you can easily reach there even with bags. staff was super nice and they didn’t charge me late check out when they should. there is a ladies bathroom and a male bathroom

Very friendly and helpful owners, always ready to help and inform. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Kitchen and fridge available for guests, next to the pool. Next to an “always” open supermarket. About 2km from the town center (and certainly quieter so), where ferries to Playa del Carmen are also located. Taxis to the center are cheap (50 pesos, ie less than 3 US$). Good wifi. Cozumel seems to be a quiet and globally safe place.
