Stelios was a great host and the reason for my return to the hostel, he made things very easy during my stay, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hostel felt like an oasis in the middle of the city with a pool and nice areas to hang out. It is clean and the facilities great. The hostel is close to alot of shops and restaurants and mini markets. I'll be returning again when I'm in the city.

SUPER!! I felt very welcome and comfortable during my stay, the place is clean and enjoyable. I loved the pool table and playing with other guests. The best of Areka however, is definitely their staff, those guys are amazing, super friendly, helpful and they genuinely care for their guests. I am very happy I found this hostal and plan to stay there every time I go to Panama city. The reception is great and helpful with information and also the check in was seamless. The hostel is a great place to meet other travelers and you can prepare your own meals. I loved my time there and would definitely recommend for other travelers.
