Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

the owner is amazing, super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. It has a pool that it comes really handy on super hot days. It has a shared kitchen. We stayed in other hostel in Santa fe (more expensive) and I can say that Rainforest Yasmin was waaaay better on everything. I highly recommend it.

Location was fantastic, room was very large and airy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Kitchen was excellent, plenty of utensils, big fridge and cooker as well as a toaster, microwave and oven. Free coffee was lovely. Very close to shops, bars and walks., and the app for local walks was really good. Hot shower was fantastic. The veranda was lovely and a good place to sit in the evening and watch bats. Hostel cat and dog were very friendly. Would definitely stay again

The location is very central, right by the supermarket and the bus station. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The hostel provides a website full of useful information of what to do and where to eat, which was very handy.

We enjoyed our stay in La Qhia Eco Retreat. We loved: - convenient common spaces with hammocks - kitchen with a fridge - very friendly and helpful staff, we felt like at home, online maps and guides were great! - beer, wine and good cocktails at very reasonable prices - very clean and comfortable room, we had everything we needed - great location, in a town close to everyone but calm
