The staff were amazingly helpful and nothing was too much. the room was very clean on arrival. The hotel has a lovely pool that is perfect for actually swimming rather than just soaking in. the newly built shower block was also very clean. although not in the centre it was perfectly located for our needs with excellent secure parking it is also quiet so you are not disturbed by traffic or cockerels we were only due to stay a couple of days but ended staying nearly a week and even booked an extra room for families members to join us and enjoy the pool. yes we will stay here every time we come back to Vigan

We stayed here last year, and finally, we got to visit and stay here again. The room is nice and clean. Staffs are accommodating and helpful. The location is right in the center of Calle Crisologo so restaurants, cafe, souvenir shops, sites to visit is near and walking distance. Hopefully, we will be back this Christmas! 😇🤎🙏🏻

Breakfast was affordable. We appreciate owner for allowing us to drop our luggage before check in time. We complained about a toilet that wouldn’t flush but it was immediately resolved. Hot water and air conditioner worked.
