This hostel definitely raises the bar for all other hostels. All the facilities that you would expect, a nice common area to meet new friends, events that you can attend, and all whilst being kept really clean and tidy. I also liked that each bed in the dorm had a curtain and air conditioning in each room. The biggest asset besides having a nice place to stay is the kind hearted and friendly staff who will of course help you feel at home. I have no doubt that your experience will reflect my own. Thanks to the staff.

Great spot - friendly staff, wonderful breakfast (we are vegetarian), and the cutest patio you could imagine. Very walkable location. I also loved that they were committed to sustainability and reducing their waste. They even had a paragraph talking about how they donate all of their old furniture to local non-profits after they need to replace them. Also, if you are eco-conscious, go check out a solar powered boat tour of the Ria Formosa!! Its a very short walk from the hotel down to where you can book boat tours, and the solar boat was the perfect way to quietly and peacefully experience the ria without any fumes!
