Located in the heart of Calgary, a daily breakfast and continuous free coffee and tea is provided at HI-Calgary City Centre. This has been my second time staying there, what gives an idea how much I liked it. Staff received me as an old friend that you have not seen for a long time. I just copy and paste what I put last time: Breakfast was good, the location is right in the centre of Calgary. The place had everything that I needed and the staff was always helpful and willing to help. Other services that were good to have available: phone to call (I did not have signal) and a pool table.

It’s a good place to stay in Banff, you can take just one bus (line 2) to go there. Located 90 km north of Lake Louise in a wilderness setting, this hostel features a common kitchen. Snowshoes are provided for guest use. Ice climbing opportunities surround this property. I had a wonderful time experiencing this wilderness hostel. The place and surroundings is beautiful and very well equipped.
