C&N Backpackers boasts views of Ucluelet Inlet. The hostel has a spacious garden offering firepit, BBQ, lots of outdoor seating and a trail that runs down to the waterfront. I loved the location in the middle of the forrest. You could walk out to the river and experience the wilderness, it was beautiful. The best thing was how lovely the owner was. Andy is a super nice guy and I could not have asked for a better host. I would 100% recommend this place on him alone, let alone how homely and pretty the hostel was.

Storey’s Beach is a 2 minute walk from this hostel in Port Hardy. Dorm and private rooms are available and have shared bathroom facilities. An outdoor patio is enjoyed. Free WiFi is included. Super comfy bed, and great shared spaces / cooking facilities. I even took a bath!
