This is without a doubt one of the best hostels I have stayed during my trip. The location is perfect, it is in the center of Puerto Varas, close to bus station and less than 5 min walk to supermarkets. It is one of the cleanest hostels I have been on. For all you are getting, this is probably the best price you will find in PV. Beds really confortable and big lockers. The rustic decoration gives a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen is very complete and clean. I appreciate a lot the free coffee!! (which is not any coffee, but really good coffee). It’s located in a really quiet location. Pierre and the rest of the staff were always really welcoming, very friendly and provided me with really nice tips for my visit in PV. Thanks a lot!! I will definitively come back to this hostel anytime I visit Puerto Varas!

Featuring a fully equipped common kitchen, a restaurant, and a garden, Hostal Torre de Babel features free Wi-Fi in Castro. Host was extremely attentive, willing to help constantly to make you more comfortable. Property had parking. Location was good. Bed was comfortable and warm. All common spaces were clean and well-taken care of.

An outdoor swimming pool surrounded by garden can be enjoyed just 200 metres from the beach. Rooms have garden or beach views and Wi-Fi is free. Del Lago Commercial Centre is 4 km away. The good breakfast in the huge terraza looking the lake and the vulkanos

La Minga Hostel se găsește în Castro, la aproximativ 2,2 km de Plaja Sabanilla și la 19 km de Biserica Nuestra Señora de los Dolores. Probably one of my best stay in Chile! You feel immediately like at home, in a big beautiful house with everything you need: full equipment kitchen and big and cozy living room. The location is perfect, few meters from a nice bakery, restaurants, cafe, bars, banks, supermarkets, well everything you need. Castro is also a nice city, cool vibe. Big up to the owner, she’s super friendly and welcoming, and all the volunteers. :) I miss already this place! I was supposed to stay 3/4 nights and I stayed there 8 nights. <3

Communication was uncomplicated and the hosts helped us with every question we had. We could use the kitchen. Just down the hill from the city and therefore very peaceful.

Featuring ocean views Hostal Vista al Mar hct is located in Ancud only 500 metres away from the city centre and steps away from the Bus Terminal Cruz del Sur. We loved the hostal. At first you find it a bit "tired", but soon you´ll see it is a very cozy place to stay. Very nice staff. We 3 people stayed at the big apartment with 3 rooms. Our bed was very comfortable. We also had a mini kitchen and a sight on the Pacific Ocean. Tha bathroom was ok. The higlight was the breakfast with warm bread and great local products, marmalades, butter, good coffe. It was worth the reasonable price we payed. A must.

Super clean and cosy hostel with super attentive staff, marvellous views and two supersweet dogs. Had an amazing time here and ended up staying much longer than anticipated :D Owners are friendly and will help you with any doubts you might have. Everything is super clean, showers are great and you can use an outdoor and an indoor kitchen. If you plan on visiting Futaleufú, I highly recommend staying at Mirlos!
