My first stay was very good. At my arrival at the second time I was warmly welcomed like a frequenter. This is the difference between just being a client or a guest. In Hostal Factoria I always felt as a welcome guest. The rooms are comfortable, nice and tidy (I got a nice room with a view on the fjord). The hotel is located downtown close to the beautiful shoreline. The staff was always extraordinary friendly and supportive. As I had to checkout early in the morning a breakfast package was prepared. I highly recommend Hostal Factoria!

It is clean, comfortable and the host friendly and accommodating. It is in a great location. It is the perfect spot for before and after a trek. The storage was safe and easy. The host even lent us his hiking poles!

Situated in Puerto Natales, Magallanes region, Hostel Belator Experience is set 29 km from Cueva del Milodon. Probably the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in. I’m 68 years old and I’m used to the comforts of home. This place had exceptional facilities. A shower with hot water that came on immediately, the linens on the bed for, everything was new, and the staff was fantastic.
