Located in San Onofre and with Punta Seca Beach reachable within 200 metres, Hostal Casa en la Ciénaga provides concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a terrace. The location was excellent - at a calmer end of the village, next to the marsh area, only a few minutes walking from the beach. The terrace of our room was facing the beautiful marsh, with a spectacular sunrise and lots of birds-spotting opportunities. It was quiet and calm, the AC and fan kept us fresh at night, the hammock on the terrace was a lovely place to rest too. In general the place seemed clean, new, modern, yet simple and authentic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was sad to leave!
