Very welcoming and comfortable place. The young Guy in the reception speaks excellent english. The room was very clean. The bathroom facilities were fine. Kitchen facilities were great.

Absolutely gorgeous ! The kitchen is super clean, the staff is nice, the dorm with AC is very clean and the AC works well.

Honestly what is there not to like? I booked last minute and showed up and was treated like family (but not the needy type 😏) I was only going to stay for the night, but the accommodations, location, and staff (which consisted of a lovely German family and extended local family) enticed me to stay a couple more days. (last minute even) They went out of their way to make it happen, and I did have to change rooms (because of my last minute choice) but the entire experience was awesome. the rooms (both of them were comfortable,clean, there was hot water and there was wildlife everywhere. I woke up and outside my door was a young sloth mulling about and feeding. Best Hotel yet. 2 months into a 4 month trip. Also it is very close to the park and I learned if you go to park from Chaulita side it is free. so saved me money.

Terletak di Puerto Viejo, 5 menit jalan kaki dari Pantai Negra, El Clan Hostel menawarkan akomodasi dengan kolam renang outdoor, parkir pribadi gratis, taman, dan bar. El clan is in the center of Puerto Viejo and yet it is quiet and serene. I love the convenience, friendly staffs, nice facilities especially the pool which we thought is a great deal, the AC which for me is a must when you are in a tropical country, the sorrounding trees where you can sometimes find a sloth up close and most importantly it is where I met new friends from accross the world. ♥️ Ive been looking for a comment before if they provide a towel so YES they do and you only need to deposit 5k colones which will be reimbursed when you return it back. Also, Puerto Viejo is located near a lush vegetation so mosquitoes are expected, I suggest you buy a repellant which is available in a nearby supermercado. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Mempunyai taman, teras, dan pemandangan danau, Chinitas Eco Lodge berlokasi di Tortuguero, beberapa langkah dari Pantai Tortuguero. Its more remote compared to tortuguero itself but amazing to stay for 2 days. It is not as crowded as Tortuguero is. And Owen (my guide for the day) was a great guide with really good knowledge and a high interest in animal life and nature
