Great experience in the middle of the jungle far from... anything! The cabins are very simple so it's as authentic as it may be. Recommended are ear plugs in case it rains (very loud) or even for the nightlife (much more acceptable). Also, a car is probably necessary as it's a few Kms away from the city. Coming by car, even with a small car, is actually easy in any season.

Emergency center near the building Dayi and Eric were the most amazing hosts. they made us breakfast each morning with fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee and scrambled eggs and toast or pancakes. they helped us arrange all our trips and provided us with a map of Monteverde with useful information. there is only 2 rooms in their house which makes it very comfortable and homely. the kitchen is great to use and they have hammocks and swinging bench outside. we thought this was amazing value for money. located 10’mins walk to the town. great working wifi. A MUST! our favourite stay yet!

The owners Heiner y Jenny are exceptional people- super welcoming and happy people. I was there with my two little boys and we all loved it! They have animals on the farm and beautiful wildlife and great nature all around. Plus Jenny is a fantastic cook!
