Cozy bed, fresh fragrant sheets, warm shower and a fan. Kitchen is fully equipped and available. Very sympatic and helpful hostess. Highly appreciated and recommended accomodation, don't be mislead by its' location, it is just a pleasant stroll from everything.

Featuring a shared lounge, terrace, bar and free WiFi, AH Xamedu Sal Hostel is set in Santa Maria, 600 metres from Praia de Santa Maria and 1.1 km from Praia António Sousa. Close to a big supermarket and some local restaurants. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Kitchen, and dining area. The staff was nice and let me stay in the room until night to wait for the night ferry.

Set in Espargos, 700 metres from Monte Curral, Académico do Sal offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The location is perfect for business: WiFi is good, and all government services are within 2minutes walk. (immigration, tax office, municipality, chamber of commerce for opening company, tribunal, lawyers, bank). For good breakfast, there is opposite hotel a Panideira bread shop place, very well priced too. A supermarket is opposite the Panideira. If they add just 1 water kettle (for cooking water) in the big lobby (after when the bar is closed) and just 1 hairdryer also in lobby, the stay would be even better - but it was not promised, so this is just my suggestion ;) - , and this extra, would be without costing the hotel anything :) :)

Hostels Holiday Cape Verde sijaitsee Santa Mariassa Paroquia de Nossa Senhora das Dores -kirkon sekä Nazarene-kirkon läheisyydessä. Funana Casa da Cultura on 6 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Excellent location for the main shopping street and restaurants in Santa Maria.
