Aia, tasuta privaatse parkimise, ühise puhkeruumi ja terrassiga Fehérkőlápa Turistaház Panzió asub Lillafüredis, 14 km kaugusel Bükki rahvuspargist. Kohapeal on concierge ja grillimisvõimalus. Istvan (I am sorry if I have spelled this incorrectly) and his wife are wonderful hosts. They are kind and generous and nothing is too much for them. The food is home cooked. We stayed for 6 nights and had the pleasure of trying a variety of traditional Hungarian meals. My favourites were the venison goulash and the bean goulash. My daughter is a little fussy and so Istvan learned the English for asking what her favourite food was and she had pizza the next day! Istvan's English is good and he uses a translator app for anything he is unsure of and so communication is good. The hotel is at the end of a three and a half km track, on top of a forested hill. It is beautifully isolated. There are many labelled trails around the hill and you can walk down a steep path into the village of Lillafured. If you visit the tourist centre in the village you can get a free map showing all the trails. There is also a cable car, which can take you up and down the hill. This is the only public transport to the hotel as taxis will not take you down the track. We did not have a car, as didn't another couple there. They used the cable car to get to the hotel and Istvan kindly picked us up from the bus stop. Walking down the hill when we left was fairly easy, but walking up, with bags, would be difficult. Unfortunately, I broke my arm, whilst out walking. Istvan insisted on organising for his friends, Veda and David to take me to the hospital. They waited with me all day and brought me back with a Hungarian souvenir plaster cast. I am indebted to them all. Despite this mishap we had a very enjoyable stay and I fully recommend it.

Rejteki Kutatóház asub Bükkszentkeresztis, 3,1 km kaugusel Bükki rahvuspargist. Kohapeal on aed, tasuta eraparkla, ühine puhkeruum ja terrass. This is a big guesthouse with plenty of rooms, private and shared bathrooms, shared kitchen, dining room etc. There is virtually everything you need for a stay of several days. You could easily make a Star direction travel, since it locates just in the middle of the National park. So you have a plenty of walking, bicycle and car routes around. The place itself was very clean. In fact we were just alone there , so it was absolutely calm, relaxing evening with no noise at all. The kitchen is well equipped. Toilets are clean, our private shower was good, plenty of hot water. This is really good place to stay for several days, although you should prepare your self; to have enough food and drinks, since there is about 20 minutes drive to closest supermarket.

Motell Botax asub 2 km kaugusel nii ajaloolisest keskusest kui ka Szépasszony oru veinikeldritest. Motell pakub lihtsalt sisustatud tube, kus on televiisor. Soovi korral pakutakse hommikusööki. Big Motel frequented by tourgroups. Lovely outdoor sitting areas. Excellent WiFi that worked perfect everywhere including outside. Fridge in the room. Acess to a microwave and a kettle. 24h reception. Large rooms. Everything was clean.
