The staff is super nice and accommodating, Laura is friendly, welcoming and goes all the way to help out and make you feel at home. The bar downstairs that belongs to the same property where you can have breakfast is outstanding: great cornetti,very good red velvet, wide selection of teas and very good coffee.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were courteous and efficient. Half way through the week we were given a tray of anti pasta which although unexpected was a nice gesture. The hostel was above a supermarket so food and drink were readily available as the room had no facilities other than a fridge. Please remember this is a hostel and not a hotel. It was good value for money.
