Kiyomizu-dera Temple is 1.8 km from the hostel. The rooms are spacious, I feel, and the beds were very comfortable.

Offering rooms in a traditional Japanese-style building, Guesthouse ITOYA Kyoto is a 7-minute walk from the Horikawa Imadegawa Bus Station. Imadegawa Train Station is a 17-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the building. We liked everything about our stay at Itoya Guest House. This was our favorite place to stay during our three week trip in Japan. It was clean, tidy, big and had everything needed and a little more!

The dorm style rooms are not very private and there isn't much soundproofing between the rooms, but this was not a problem for me. Wonderful experience!

Located around 14 km from Chionji Temple, the hostel with free WiFi is also 15 km away from Tango Kokubunji Ruins. The property is allergy-free and is set 13 km from Itanami Plate Row Park. Beautiful location and the owner has an eye for every little detail. We had a magnificent breakfast. Next time I will make sure we can have diner to! A place to wind down completely and enjoy nature at its best.

The bed was super comfy, the amenities were super clean and modern, there’s a full sized kitchen if you want to cook, and a shared space with a projector screen and a cute rooftop. Shin (the owner/manager) goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. His English is great and gave me tips on cafes and restaurants in Kyoto as well as how to navigate around Kyoto (it was my first time there so very helpful).
