Not difficult to visit as they provide pick up at Shiojiri train station. Owner (Wakuw and Ayano) who's switch their city life back into nature are so kind and give us very warm welcome. there is a camp ground nearby and we can have a short walk amidst the nature scene. if required. they can provide you breakfast and dinner that you should try as Wakuw San was a chef from Tokyo who back to nature life.

Matatagpuan sa Hakuba, limang minutong biyahe ang layo ng The Bohemians' Shelter mula sa Happo-One Ski Resort. What a lovely stay! It felt like home and I met incredible people there. The dinners were great as well and Gaspard is such a kind and nice host. The lodge is located a bit out of town but there is a good shuttle system to take you to town/slopes. I only stayed a couple of nights but it feels like I was there much longer ✨

A 9-minute walk from JR Kamishiro Station, K's House Hakuba Alps features a common lounge area and rooms with free Wi-Fi. It is located in Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture. It’s beautiful to be in the common area with those glass windows and everything snowy outside and the lodge is very clean. Good wifi too. But the best is their staff. They are welcoming and very kind. Flexible and helpful. They drove me with my suitcase and ski gear case. Thank you very much for everything I felt very welcomed and comfortable

The owner very nice, and feel at home… With great mountains view from our room, 1 night not enough for stay in this house. Very clean & comfort, free drink 🥰

Located in Nagiso, 32 km from Ōi, MOUNTAinn Nagiso features views of the river. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a terrace. It was crossing the street from the station! Very convenient and nice walking trail into Tsumago. The house is well equipped and the staff was super friendly.

Located in Hakuba within 9 km of Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area and 44 km of Nagano Station, Starfall Lodge features rooms with free WiFi. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the shuttles to the mountains. It was perfect for getting us fed and up and mountain quickly in the morning. Place was clean and our 6 bed dorm was much more spacious than we were expecting (and very comfortable). The staff were absolutely awesome and gave us some great recommendations and advice.
