All our requests were filled - and more! The owner is great, the room (the smaller room) is very cozy and we slept well on the tatami + mattresses. Even when it was cold outside, the AC/heater kept the room warm, and there was multiple blankets to use as well. Everything, including the room and the shared areas, were super clean and nice! Bathroom facilities and Toilet are shared with extras including toothbrushes. The staff were super nice and the facilities were very neat and clean. Also they had a super powerful AC unit which made going into the room very comfortable.
