I had the whole room to myself. It was very clean, tidy and comfy. Kitchen and living areas were well organised and clean. Separate cutlery/plates etc for each room. Spacious outdoor. Clean bathrooms and linen. Excellent location. The hosts were lovely. You can tell how much they love running this place by looking at how well maintained it is.

The perfect backpacker hostel! Lovely chilled and friendly vibe, great facilities, super comfy beds/dorms with blinds for privacy. The kitchen was clean and organised. The staff were great and helped me book the Tongariro crossing. Would have stayed longer if I could!

The best hostel kitchen we've seen - really big space with enough hobs, pots and pans etc for multiple people to cook at once. Lots of fridge space. Very Clean. Lots of fridge space. Great views. Well heated bedroom. Easy check in. Parking on site (although pretty crammed and we did get blocked in by another car). Great location near the centre of town.
