Featuring a shared lounge, restaurant, bar and free WiFi, Bambuda Bocas Town is located in Bocas del Toro, less than 1 km from Istmito and 2.4 km from Y Griega Beach. I don’t understand why this hotel doesn’t have 10 stars. It’s perfect. A summary of all the good things: 1. The deck. One day I literally spent the entire day at the deck, either reading a book in one of the beds, taking a swim, seeing sea-animals passing by, etc… 2. Breakfast is good and generous. I had the Caribbean breakfast every day. 3. Location is perfect. Just a few blocks far from “the noise”, yet close to several restaurants, grocery stores and to Bocas downtown. It’s walkable from/to the Almirante boats docks. 4. Staff was nice. 5. The room was perfect. 6. We took the advertised tour to Isla Zapatilla for $37, which I recommend. 7. Wifi was decent. Had a little glitch sometimes from the room, but acceptable. 8. We had a welcome drink/activity at night and used the paddle board for free on Thursday at 10am.

Bambuda Lodge is located in the tropical rain forest in Bocas del Toro. The property features a coral reef off its dock and a swimming pool with an on-site bar and a fun and social atmosphere. We loveed the shared dinner and night activities. We gathered to have a shared meal and got to know some of the other guests at Bambuda. The Staff is very friendly and helpfull, we loved to stay here and would love even more to have stayed for longer but we had other plans. Next time we visit Bocas, we would stay here to get to know the place more. We also loved the wate slide to the beach that they have! PD. This is a place to stay if you are looking to connect with nature, people and make community. Not an ideal location to visit Town frecuently, the boat ride to anf from the main island costs $5 per ride.

Hostal On The Sea is offering accommodation in Bocas Town. With a private beach area, the property also features barbecue facilities. The hostel provides a shared lounge. Martha is an excellent host. The hostel is literally located on the sea and is very easy to locate in Bocas. The amenities are clean and hostel is close to the shops and restaurants. Bonus, Martha can organize for the boat tours to pick you from the hostel. The kitchen has all you need to prepare your own meals and all the other guests were lovely to interact with.

Surfari Bocas offers pet-friendly accommodation in Bocas Town. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, private bathroom fitted with a hot water shower. The rooms were spacious with the AC and water working perfectly! The Italian owner was very friendly and helpful with activities in the area. The kitchen is well stocked and the free coffee in the morning is a nice touch. The courtyard social area is beautifully painted and a nice place to meet other travellers staying there. Great location, very central in town but away from noisy bars so you can sleep well.

Hostal del Mar - Main Street is located in Bocas del Toro, with excellent sea views. It is just 50 metres from the city’s restaurant and bar zone and 25 km from the airport. The room was ok, the Bed was confortable. They change towels and clean the bedroom everyday, So the room was always clean. Internet is very good, we actually can work from there. Any was very kind and helpful.

Located in Bocas del Toro and with Istmito reachable within 1.5 km, Old Bocasso provides a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a terrace. Excellent stay with great location. We had pleasent 2 night stay in quirky and charming house. Super host Katarina with her tips regarding our needs. House is located close to city centre and that was our main goal for short stay. On the other hand it was far from noisy part of the town. We chilled during breakfast on small front patio hanging out on hammock and watching interesting live of Bocas. Kitchen is well equipped and overall very interesting furnitures and styl of house gave us amazing impression. Highly recommended for everyone. We stayed in room nr 1 and we very happy with our stay.

Set in Boca del Drago, this beachfort property offers accommodation in Bocas Town. The property is a 20 minutes walk from Playa Estrella. The rooms are located in a spacious house built right on the beach. If you are looking for not fancy but very comfortable place in a beautiful location book it without hesitation! The kitchen is very well maintained and equipped. It’s a great place to cook your own meals. We loved to eat outside and watch the waves. We enjoyed that we were able to swim right there, the ocean was very calm and warm that days. Rocio is an excellent host and communication with her was pleasant. The house is 20 minutes walk to famous “sea star beach”, one of the best places on Earth
