Excellent staff, Madame Victoria has been great: kind, available, energic and a nice person. The hotel is in Tarapoto, and even though it is close to the main road, the room was quite insulated. There is a nice swimming pool, breakfast was good, but most important: the kindness of the staff. Really well recommended!

At the accommodation the rooms include bed linen and towels. El tambito was very clean, quiet and cosy. The food is delicious (every day a different breakfast!), we even got a free tasting of all the cacao products they make. The host is super lovely, he even wrote us a very detailed list with options what to do (with all prices and phone numbers). It's only a few minutes away from the lake where it's possible to swim and chill. Also the cat is supercute!! The only bad thing was that we didn't have time to stay longer. It's a wonderful place to relax and chill!!
