Out of the Blue is a perfect combination the social vibe of a hostel and the aesthetics of a boutique hotel. As we really enjoyed our previous stay here, we decided to book this again for out last night in the Azores. During our stay, we have been to various hostels in Ponta Delgada and this one is by far our favourite! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is great (they even provide an early bird breakfast for early checkouts), the kitchen has all facilities you could wish for, the private rooms have a cool design (some of them with original elements of lava stone) and are quiet, there is a lovely garden with hammocks and a small pool, there is an adorable cat, and don’t forget to me tion the great restaurant next door Taberna na Boavista which is open to guests until 0.00 (recommended for great local tapas food). We look forward to visiting this excellent accomodation in the future!

Loving Strangers Hostel features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Madalena. The accommodation provides karaoke and a shared kitchen. Love Stefan and Pedro! Try the cooking of Stefan!

Located in Ponta Delgada, Santa Alegria Hostel features a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Extremely clean and well run hostel. The host was very helpeand accommodating. I was impressed.

Situated in Angra do Heroísmo, Casa Dos Reis - Boutique Hostel offers beachfront accommodation 400 metres from Zona Balnear da Prainha Beach and features various facilities, such as a garden, a shared... the hostel was are home for 5 nights and it couldn’t have been better. Fabiana was amazing, so sweet and helpful. she’s always available. she took good care of us, helped us with finding tour guides for our trip, finding places to eat, she explained everything and even packed us lunch for the airport. the hostel was clean, the bed was very comfortable. and the privet bathroom was really nice. the hostel is in a great place in the city near by everything. we couldn’t ask for a better place to be at.

Located in Angra do Heroísmo, 400 metres from Zona Balnear da Prainha Beach, Aliança café & hostel provides rooms with air conditioning. Very good and clean facilities. Top location in the center square of Angra.

Azores Inn - Family Suites is set in Ponta Delgada, within 24 km of Sete Cidades Lagoon and 25 km of Lagoa Verde. Beautiful property, clean and spacious, freshly renovated with a modern finish. It had everything possibly needed, included AC to get cozier in the cold weather and a fully equipped kitchen. There's a free parking a few min away (Sant'Anna) and it's centrally located.

Situated in Praia da Vitória and with Grande Beach reachable within a few steps, Facing Bay Hostel features express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace.... Everything was Perfect, the room was beautiful, full of light, with a Fantastic blue ocean view, big and super clean The staff of the property was very kind, helpful and friendly

Largo Bispo Boutique Hostel is located in Horta, 500 metres from Praia da Conceição and 2.6 km from Praia do Almoxarife Beach. Perfect location, clean, cozy, and quiet. Big room, and a spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed, new and fancy furniture and kitchen facilities :)

Set in Angra do Heroísmo, 1.1 km from Negrito Beach, Farol Guesthouse offers accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking and a terrace. Nice room, well decorated. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Communal kitchen very well equipped to cook meals.

Situated in Ponta Delgada, 12 km from Pico do Carvao, PDL Green House features air-conditioned accommodation and a terrace. Everything was excellent, very clean, bed was very big and comfortable, a fridge, coffee maker and all kitchen utensils were included and in great condition. Perfect central location. Overall a great place to stay, no complaints
