Loving Strangers Hostel features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Madalena. The accommodation provides karaoke and a shared kitchen. The hostel is very spacious, clean and well equipped. I felt very comfortable the days I stayed there. The nice atmosphere makes it easy to get in touch with people. Stefan's and Pedro's attention was magnificent, very kind and helpful. Located in São Roque do Pico, Aires Hostel features a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. The hostel is brand new. Everything is new, clean, tidy and modern. The kitchen is well-equipped. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I am also glad to find a female dorm with the bathroom inside the room. They even have an extra toilet so you have 2 toilets for a room of six. It also has a good location, 5 minute walk to the supermarket and bus station. The port is also nearby. I forgot to mention that the hostel has a back yard and wonderful views. One side you can see mount Pico and the other is Sao Jorge island.

Situated in Madalena, Jardim das Camélias has a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Rooms are equipped with a balcony with a garden view. 5 star hostel! Super clean and everything seems newly decorated, this place was decorated with great care. Lockers in the dorm room (bring a padlock or they offer to give you one), views of the mountain and a great kitchen, lounge and garden. Location was central and 2 mins to the port.

Located in the 17th-century São Pedro de Alcântara Convent, Pousada de Juventude do Pico offers a reception in São Roque do Pico, Pico Island, Azores. It features free WiFi access. Great location in amazing building. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty.

Located in Lajes do Pico, Engenho Hostel features free WiFi. All units are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, fridge, a coffee machine, a shower, a hairdryer and a desk. Great location, excellent design, great facilities in the common area though we didn’t use any.

This Azorean guest house is a 15-minute walk from the sea and features comfortable accommodation overlooking Faial and the Pico Mountain, the highest point in Portugal. Nice, calme place, very strong breakfast!
