Out of the Blue has a perfect location so you can easily reach every point of the island. It's far away from the noise and only 3 minutes walk from downtown. The property really exceeded our expectations. From looking at the photos online we just expected a nice and clean room to spend the first nights on the Azores. But it turns out they also had a beautiful garden, organized a great breakfast every morning with other people and scheduled some tours. The room was also bigger than expected (although our host told as at arrival that we had the biggest room, so that was maybe just luck.) with nice furniture and a very comfortable bed. Strongly recommended! :)

Very clean room, location in the center of Ponta Delgada, which was very convenient, and parking was available around the block (payment needed, though). The staff was very polite and helpful!

It is one of the best hostels I have stayed in! Not only it's clean, it's spacious, it feels like home, and the owner is adorable (just 3 words: fresh homemade cake every morning!), but everything you always thought "would be nice if..." has already been thought and put there for you. A nice full kitchen? YES. A comfortable shelf and bag where to put your things while in bed (with curtains obviously)? YES. Washing machine and place to hang your clothes? YES. And so much more :)

Every room is equipped with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and a hairdryer, while selected rooms include a kitchenette fitted with a microwave. At Ilha Hostel & Suites the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a safety deposit box. I had an excellent stay here. Friendly staff, good location, cozy room and tasty breakfast. Definitely recommended!
