Out of the Blue is a perfect combination the social vibe of a hostel and the aesthetics of a boutique hotel. As we really enjoyed our previous stay here, we decided to book this again for out last night in the Azores. During our stay, we have been to various hostels in Ponta Delgada and this one is by far our favourite! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is great (they even provide an early bird breakfast for early checkouts), the kitchen has all facilities you could wish for, the private rooms have a cool design (some of them with original elements of lava stone) and are quiet, there is a lovely garden with hammocks and a small pool, there is an adorable cat, and don’t forget to me tion the great restaurant next door Taberna na Boavista which is open to guests until 0.00 (recommended for great local tapas food). We look forward to visiting this excellent accomodation in the future!

Azores Inn - Family Suites is set in Ponta Delgada, within 24 km of Sete Cidades Lagoon and 25 km of Lagoa Verde. Beautiful property, clean and spacious, freshly renovated with a modern finish. It had everything possibly needed, included AC to get cozier in the cold weather and a fully equipped kitchen. There's a free parking a few min away (Sant'Anna) and it's centrally located.

Situated in Ponta Delgada, 12 km from Pico do Carvao, PDL Green House features air-conditioned accommodation and a terrace. Everything was excellent, very clean, bed was very big and comfortable, a fridge, coffee maker and all kitchen utensils were included and in great condition. Perfect central location. Overall a great place to stay, no complaints

Great place, friendly staff, big room, many amenities in the hotel (fridge, cooker, water filter). Hotel is quiet and cozy located in the city center five minutes walking distance from embankment. Many restaurants and cafeterias.

Located in Ponta Delgada, 12 km from Pico do Carvao, THE HOLY COW - Hostel & Suites provides air-conditioned rooms and a shared lounge. Excellent accommodation. We had the private room with bathroom. Very clean and comfortable with access to a kitchen and common area. Breakfast everyday at 8am. We had a rental car and manged to park outside for free relatively easily. Obviously not as convenient as having own private parking, but very doable. Very close to downtown Ponta Delgada. The host was extremely helpful and gave us very useful tips. Would 100% recommend.

13 km from Pico do Carvao, Pé Direito is located in Ponta Delgada and provides air-conditioned rooms. So pretty, and very clean. Friendly staff and loved the room. Spacious, light and just really nice! Best recommendation!
