Fabiana was amazing, so sweet and helpful. she’s always available. she took good care of us, helped us with finding tour guides for our trip, finding places to eat, she explained everything and even packed us lunch for the airport. the hostel was clean, the bed was very comfortable. and the privet bathroom was really nice. the hostel is in a great place in the city near by everything. we couldn’t ask for a better place to be at.

The rooms were modern, comfortable, and super clean. Everything was up to expectation. Beds were super comfy, and not soft at all.

Globo Happy Hostel in Angra do Heroísmo features a terrace and a shared lounge. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and in-house parking is provided. It's rarely that one stays somewhere that totally exceeds expectations. I was blown away by the quality of the facilities, the comfort, the stylistic touches - think 4* hotel because that is what the quality of the place is like. Superb location right in the middle of Angra. Fully equipped communal kitchen and large living space/lounge with TV. Internet terminals. Even a quiet reading space. A supermarket next door. Bars and restaurants all around. 3 mins to the beach. Buses to all over the island leave right outside. The bed was super comfortable and the room had good working and storage space and a good shower. I don't really think there are any more boxes to tick. And Ana the hostess was super and waited for my arrival after midnight due to a long flight delay. She is super knowledgeable and had lots of suggestions of places to go and things to see whilst in Terceira.
