It is a 6-minute walk from Hualien Tianhui Temple, while Meilun Mountain Park is 1.2 km from the property. Everything is great in this hostel. The owner is very friendly and helpful, he can give you good recommendations. The beds have maximum privacy with good curtains and walls and each have a plug, light and quite big locker. There was a bathroom inside my room but also more of them outside. It was clean. The location is excellent for going by train or bus to Taroko, also a supermarket is next door. There is free water, tea, instant coffee, and many maps available. I would come again.
