It is located 100m from the main street (San Martin) and 2 from Maipú (coastal promenade and port). The apartment has WI-FI internet, Smart 32¨ TV with HD cable, electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, full set of dishes, washing machine and a comfortable double bed. To make your stay more pleasant you will find infusions (tea, mate, coffee), sweeteners, and some seasonings such as salt and pepper. You will have soap for hand hygiene, detergent and paper napkins, towels, and bedding available. For stays of 7 nights or more, 1 change of towels and sheets will be made at no additional cost. If you want a comprehensive cleaning, it has an extra cost, please consult for it. PLEASE REMEMBER: The stay of more than 2 people is not allowed. The entrance of people outside the reserve is not allowed to the building or apartment. We do not work with CARDS OR PRE TRAVEL PLAN ATTENTION IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE PAYMENT OF YOUR STAY!
