Welcome to our unique & tastefully furnished luxury loft - right in the heart of Vienna, directly at the famous Naschmarkt! Designed with great attention to detail, there is room for two guests to feel comfortable and to explore the city. The loft is perfectly divided on two levels, with one cozy bedroom with double bed, an inviting living area and two separate bathrooms. In addition, the high-quality fitted kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy great evenings with friends and family. Highlight of the accommodation is the living & dining area which is decorated with the artwork "The Music" by Gustav Klimt which sets the tone for the style of the entire accommodation. One parking spot is available in the Turmoil Garage (Margaretenstraße 28 - 20EURO per day). If you are interested, please send us a short message and we will check the availability.

Neighbourhood information

The loft is is located in the 4th district and is ideal for tourists, business travellers & families. The famous Naschmarkt with numerous restaurants, bars and cafès can be reached in a few minutes by walk. Also the city center as well as Vienna's largest shopping street, Mariahilferstraße, is within walking distance (around 10 minutes). Furthermore, the sights of Schönbrunn Palace, Belvedere Palace and a variety of museums can easily be reached by public transportation. In the immediate surrounding, there are three underground stations (Karlsplatz, Taubstummengasse, Kettenbrückengasse) and numerous tram stations. Just behind the house there is a park (Gartenhof Planquadrat) which is especially popular with families.
