A quirky destination located at the footsteps of Ballarat's CBD and in the historic northern precinct of Lydiard Street, Soldiers Hill. Property is not suited to children!

Located in the leafy historic northern precinct of Soldiers Hill. Soldiers Hill is an important heritage area in Ballarat and the entire suburb is covered by a City of Ballarat Heritage Overlay. It has a substantially intact Victorian era architectural character, with many of its buildings featuring an abundance of period detail including distinctive decorative cast iron ornament. Stroll the streets and see for yourself! Conveniently located less than a 5-minute walk to the Ballarat railway station and bus depot. The property also provides ample off-street parking, but please abide by signed areas. One car park is available at the rear of the property, if needed access can be given.
