1770 Beach Accommodation is a family owned and operated business run by Richard and Jo, who took the plunge and took this business over in December 2023, after falling in love with the area on various holidays to the beautiful Agnes Water & 1770. We specialise in holiday property letting and are a buyer's advocate for Agnes Water & 1770. We hope that our guests fall in love with the area the way we did, and will always want to return.

Agnes Bliss is situated in one of the most sought-after locations for holiday makers. There is a lovely bush area backing onto the property, creating a quiet sanctuary with local flora and fauna. Visitors will be delighted with the ambiance of a private tropical hideaway, within walking distance to the beach. Agnes Bliss has been thoughtfully styled and set up for the holiday maker to enjoy. There is a large wrap around deck and a detached shed providing off-street parking and a drive through option suited for a boat. Please note that Vodafone does not operate in the area and that phone coverage can be limited/patchy in Agnes Water/1770. Given the location of the house and the flora and fauna around the property, it is possible that some wildlife (bugs, lizards, frogs, birds) may frequent on the verandah and in garden areas.

Agnes Bliss is centrally located in Agnes Water, a short stroll to the pristine five kilometre Agnes Water Main Beach, Queensland's northernmost surf beach. Agnes Water and the neighbouring town of 1770 are surrounded by National Parks, pristine waterways and long stretches of unspoiled beaches which front onto the Coral Sea. Along the headlands of 1770, visitors are offered amazing panoramic views across Bustard Bay, the estuary & creeks. We enjoy an excellent year-round climate, along the Bay at 1770 you can walk along the parklands and enjoy kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding. It is a short drive to the variety of cafes & boutique shops in the Agnes Water shopping village. A vibrant market takes place every second Sunday morning.
