We also provide a late check out until 11am so you can relax and enjoy yourself :) The space The Aquarius Apartment is a beautiful self-contained 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom property with its own secure car park. It has been thoughtfully designed so you can enjoy little luxuries during your stay here. There are 2 king beds (with the option for 2 x single beds in one room), 3 x TVs with Netflix (including one in each bedroom), building pool with beach towels, modern furniture and furnishings, and a late check out until 11am so your stay is truly relaxing and memorable. The Aquarius Apartment is located on level 2 of the Aquarius Kawana Holiday building located directly on the lakefront and within 100 metres walking distance of the Sunshine Coast University Hospital. The building is serviced by lifts and has wheelchair access from the car park level. There is also a disabled carpark, visitor car parking available and street parking. Guests will self-check in on arrival and leisurely enjoy the facilities of the property. Wake up to the peace of the lakeside, make yourself a cup of coffee then have a leisurely breakfast on the patio before heading for some vitamin sea. This retreat is perfect for a couple, small groups or families looking for some downtime and to enjoy the beautiful Sunshine Coast area. There is no better place for a truly relaxing break or the need to be nearby loved ones! The space The Aquarius Apartment is completely self-contained and is fully-furnished with your comfort in mind, with key highlights including:- > King beds in both bedrooms - The main bedroom has a king bed with orthokinetic mattress, ensuite and 42 inch smart TV and net. - The second bedroom has the choice of either a king bed or 2 x single beds which can be made up with advance notice to the host. As a default this room will be set up as 2 x single beds.

- Both bedrooms have a study desk with a chair and light provided if you needed to get some work done. > Living room has a large 55" TV with Netflix included, beautiful high ceilings and a reading lamp for your enjoyment. > Modern fully equipped kitchen with stone benchtops, dishwasher, air fryer, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine with starter pods provided. We also provide tea, sugar, oil, pepper, salt, and starter milk. > Open planned living room with high ceilings flowing onto the large entertainers balcony for plenty of space to relax and unwind. Expansive 180 degree views of the lakefront and outdoor table to share a meal. > Outdoor Pool located within the Aquarius Kawana Apartments. The Pool area has deck chairs, BBQ facilities and other seating. The Pool area is open from 7am to 9pm and we provide additional beach towels for you to enjoy this facility. > Family-friendly set up, with provisions provided for little ones. We provide a high chair, travel portacot and a dining set for kids. > Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the property (which will heat and cool the property) and fans in each bedroom. > NBN Wifi > Laundry nook - washing machine, dryer About the Host Happily married Sunshine Coaster who loves everything the area has to offer. Although I am new to hosting on this platform you can be assured that we will provide a formidable guest experience and you can have 100% confidence when booking with us. I love to travel and have seen many beautiful parts of Australia and the world but particularly love this part of Australia.
