Stylish Studio apartment nestled in a garden setting overlooking the Mt Lofty Botanic Gardens. Quiet and peaceful , the Studio is a separate dwelling away from the main residence with parking outside. Set within my property of 6 acres of ornamental and bush garden there is no traffic noise or houses nearby. Once inside the gate there there is a shared driveway to the house and studio. The bathroom has a walk in rain shower , heated towel rail and garden views The studio is roomy with a King Size bed , marble island bench and granite top kitchenette bench. In winter enjoy a fire inside or relax anytime in a hot bubbling Jacuzzi only a few steps away from the studio. I supply ground coffee for the plunger, a selection of teas, filtered rainwater and fresh milk for your arrival. Please note there are no cooking facilities in the studio. There are dine in food delivery services and the best selection Adelaide Hills cafes and Hotels close by. The Studio is located in a rural setting with lots of trees, native animals and insects - It is not a suburban style accommodation. It is a gorgeous part of the Adelaide Hills and I am very happy to share it with quests.
