Your accommodation can make or break your holiday! We have all experienced hotels and apartments that get many of the basics wrong. It may be an uncomfortable lounge, old pillows or just insufficient basic amenities so the first thing you have to do is go shopping for toilet paper! How many times have we booked a room or apartment while not knowing exactly what we are actually getting? Many holiday apartments are privately owned, so the difference between two similar rooms in the same building can be significant and we all know the website photos will only show the best apartment! With GC Getaways, the property that you book is the property that you will check in to. No more surprises! My aim is to make your accommodation as comfortable as possible. From the moment you walk in the front door, the stunning ocean views will take your breath away! Level 20 provides you with 180 degree views from Surfers Paradise to Coolangatta. Located in the heart of Broadbeach, Oracle Tower 1 is Broadbeach’s premier building. Its facilities, location and views are unsurpassed! Surrounded by cafes, the Gold Coasts best restaurants, bars, pubs, retail stores and the Kurrawa Surf Club, you will not be stuck for things to do. This premium 2 bed, 2 bath, 126sqm apartment has stunning ocean views from every room – even the ensuite bath tub and shower! 2nd bedroom can be set up with either 2 singles or a king. Relax on one of 2 balconies with stunning ocean views with a glass of wine and watch the whales swimming past. Whale season from June until October (binoculars provided). A new building is currently being constructed in front of tower 1 which will eventually block some of the view, however, even after construction is finished, the ocean views from the apartment will still be spectacular. As at the end of April 2024, the new building is at around the 11th floor. House rules No smoking or vaping. No pets, parties or events. No Schoolies. The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time. Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period. Additional cleaning fees apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest. No check-ins or check-outs on Christmas day, New years day, or Easter Sunday.
