Just listed! Come home to Dicky Beach to this 3-bedroom coastal abode where soft sea breezes are the norm and the only background noise is the sound of the ocean. Combining premium positioning with flair & functionality, this beachside home is very family oriented, with an open plan that features a large yet cosy movie area downstairs. With tall ceilings and plenty of natural light, this home is fit for an escape where spending hours at the beach surfing or swimming are at the top of the agenda!

Swimmers and surfers are spoilt for choice here with Currimundi, Dicky, Moffat and Shelly Beaches all within easy reach. The home is one block from the famous Dicky Beach and Surf Club. Explore the area on foot or take a bike around and visit all of Caloundra’s best beaches; all are within minutes of each other. There are plenty of shops and cafes in the Caloundra area, and a wide range of coastal activities available. Easy to take a day trip to Aqua Fun Park, Australia Zoo, Underwater World Sea Life, Mooloolaba, and so many great restaurants too. Take a 30-minute car trip to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, Noosa National Park. The Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore!
