The neighborhood remains quiet at night, ensuring a restful stay. Free street parking is available, and linen is provided for your convenience. Please note that while a microwave, mini fridge, and split AC are provided, guests DO NOT have access to the main house kitchen, laundry, or main house fridge. The neighborhood is 100% safe and quiet. And the host asks that guests be considerate of the five-year-old living in the house. To ensure a smooth check-in process, guests will enter the house through the front door, while the host uses the back door. There is a partition door that will remain locked all the time. Communication is key, so please let the host know when you plan to arrive and depart. Always CALL the host when you arrive, and the host will personally meet you to hand over the keys.
