A guide for checking in will be sent to your email prior to your arrival. This guide includes comprehensive instructions, visuals, and other essential information to facilitate a hassle-free check-in and a pleasant stay.
BOOKINGS ON THE SAME DAY
We do allow same-day bookings up until 6 p.m. Please note that while we will do our best to have your accommodation ready by 3 p.m. We cannot guarantee this for last-minute bookings, particularly when another guest is checking out the same day. Delays are normally only 30 minutes and you are welcome to put your luggage while it’s being cleaned.
REQUESTS FOR EARLY CHECK-IN
We advise planning for a check-in at 3 p.m. We can notify you once your accommodation is ready. You can request an early check-in that day before, however, it will incur an extra cost in order to clean the property faster. Although we try to fulfil such requests, please understand that, unlike hotels, we do not have spare rooms to offer. Therefore, if a guest is checking out on your arrival day, our housekeeping team needs enough time to prepare the accommodation. We appreciate your patience in such scenarios.
REQUESTS FOR LATE CHECK-OUT
A later check-out time may be possible depending on our reservations and housekeeping timetable. Please contact us before the day before your departure to confirm if this can be arranged. We will do our best to fulfill your request. An additional charge will be incurred and must be paid via the Airbnb Resolution Centre. This payment should be made the night before check-out; otherwise, housekeeping will be planned for the standard 10 a.m. check-out time.
INITIAL SUPPLIES
To manage expectations, we provide basic initial supplies to make your stay comfortable. These free supplies include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and other items. Please be aware that these supplies are not meant to last your entire stay but to prevent a hurried trip to the supermarket upon arrival. All basic cookware, utensils, and washing-up materials are also supplied so you are able to be able to cook to your heart's content.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The apartment keys are kept in a black lockbox within walking distance of the apartment.
Please note that check-ins are not allowed between 12:00 am and 6:00 am, and if you choose to check in during this period, it is at your own risk.
This apartment is remotely managed and is not affiliated with the building management. They will not be able to assist you, if in need of assistance please call the number we provide to you on the check-in sheet or message us on the Airbnb app.
