This unique structure was built as an authentic replica of an English cottage. with exposed cross beams and glorious sunroom, you will feel absolutely at home in this idyllically placed holiday home. The kitchen features a country cottage theme complete with “insert brand here” vintage stove and walk in pantry. The kitchen is open plan with the dinning area which features a combustion wood heater and 8-seater dining setting. Off the dining area you have a circular sun room to bask in the sun with your morning coffee. The large windows feature shutters to block the sun in the heat of the day and create a cool sanctuary. There is a large lounge also downstairs that has a contemporary feel with leather lounge and large television. The master bedroom is also downstairs with a queen bed and ensuite. Upstairs we have two large bedrooms with a shared bathroom with large bath and shower. The bedrooms have walk in wardrobes and dormer windows to bring in the light. One bedroom features a Queen and a Single Bunk and the second has a set of bunks and two singles (linen not provided for the top bunks). Is suited more to 8 people however can sleep 10. Large tiered block with private access to boardwalk in a private bush setting. There is a seating area to over look the lake and oyster leases and small lawn area.
