The apartment has a spacious lounge/dining/living area, fully equipped kitchen and internal laundry with machine and dryer. All linen is supplied by us. We also offer "free" secure underground parking. The fire escape is located next to the apartment and there are fire alarms and sprinkler systems throughout the apartment and building. A CO detector would be redundant equipment as there are no Gaseous elements to detect. The building and facilities are fully accessible to those with mobility problems. This is a privately owned apartment and we politely request guests to honour our place - whilst enjoying a wonderful holiday. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, or on the balcony.
