Gather gourmet goodies from your travels to enjoy at your Stable or experience our local Inn for a hearty meal and see the town’s rich history through photos and stories. The mudbrick Stable keeps the perfect temperature with aircon giving instant warmth in winter and cool in summer. Situated perfectly just out of Launceston and surrounded by Tasmania’s northern attractions, with so much to explore make sure you book enough time to absorb the experience. You’ll find complimentary gourmet goodies such as ground coffee beans, home baked cookies, free-range eggs from our chickens and the ultimate fire-pit accompaniments – hot cocoa and marshmallows.
